Dav Chapter 38 - Memorial Day Ceremony

TIFTON, Ga. - May 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Memorial Day Ceremony, Presented by Disabled American Veterans Chapter 38, Tifton, Ga., will take place May 30th at 10AM in the Municipal Court Room at the Tifton Police Dept. Complex. Guest speaker will be Dr David Bridges, President of ABAC.

Following the ceremony, a motorcade will proceed to Oakridge Cemetery for the a brief ceremony honoring the sacrifices of All Patriots who made the Ultimate Sacrifice. All Tift area residents are invited to attend.

Disabled American Veterans has never wavered in our commitment to serve our nation's military service-connected disabled veterans, their dependents, and survivors. Our largest endeavor in fulfilling that mission is our National Service Program.

DAV Chapter 38 meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Tifton-Tift County Chamber of Commerce 100 Central Ave S, Tifton, Georgia 31794

We meet at the Tift County Library to assist Veterans and families with VA benefits by appointment. We also meet the first Monday of each month at the Cook County Library in Adel at 1 till 4PM
