"We strive to give our students hands-on learning experience and an inspirational environment that keeps them wanting to come back," she added. Their summer programs are for students in grades kindergarten to 12th grade. The programs include math, reading, science and engineering, as well as Spanish and Russian languages. The first week of summer program starts on June 20th and will run for six weeks, ending the week of August 1st. Marina holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, and began her teaching career as a high school math teacher in New York City. After having children of her own, she decided to go back to her elementary roots, where she taught kindergarten, second and sixth grade levels. When Marina completed her Masters Degree in Elementary Education focused in Mathematics, she relocated with her family to Florida. Marina then taught as a math instructor at Daytona State College, and after becoming a Florida certified elementary and math teacher, Marina went on to become an elementary math coach for grade K-6, and later a math curriculum specialist for grade K-8 at Flagler Schools. Galina holds a Masters Degree from Moscow State University of Electronics and Mathematics. Upon graduation she began her work in Engineering at Moscow Corporation NPO Almaz-Antey as developer anti-aircraft defense systems in Russia. Simultaneously she began tutoring mathematics to middle and high school students in Moscow. Her passion for teaching and tutoring grew, and when she relocated to Florida, she decided teaching was her true calling. Galina has been teaching as a High School math teacher at Volusia County and as a substitute math teacher at Flagler County. She is currently involved in Take Stock in Children mentoring program in Flagler County, and specializes in tutoring Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, SAT and ACT Test Prep. Integral Math Academy is an after-school enrichment program that offers one-on-one tutoring, and concentrates on small group classes for students in grade Kindergarten through college level. They provide wide-range of educational services, such as Math, Reading/ELA, Science and Languages. Their unique math program is based on Singapore math curriculum that is specially designed to focus on critical thinking, conceptual understanding and problem solving. Their reading program based on comprehension strategies and individualized approach that help students become purposeful and active readers and writers. They also offer tutoring in Physics and Chemistry as well as prep classes for FSA, EOC, SAT and ACT. The school is located at 2 Pine Lakes Parkway North, Suite 7 in Palm Coast.
