NEW YORK, N.J. - May 18, 2016 - PRLog -- Onyx Renewable Partners L.P., a leader in the development and finance of commercial and industrial ("C&I") and small scale utility solar projects in North American markets, today announced that it has fully energized its 700kw carport installation for Summit Medical Group ("SMG") at 140 Park Avenue, The Green, in Florham Park, New Jersey.  Onyx constructed the project and will own and operate same under a power purchase arrangement with Summit Medical Group.  "Carports present a myriad of different challenges, but enable an efficient use of mostly dormant land to enhance the value proposition of solar to the DG marketplace," says Matt Rosenblum, CEO of Onyx.  "As we continue to expand the amount of assets under management, we are pleased to bring on this carport structure early in our development cycle to demonstrate our commitment to building a diversified portfolio of assets."
