Retro, Mobile App Game "Push-Bot" Rivals QWOP, with Unique Twist

STOCKHOLM - May 24, 2016 - PRLog -- Retro games are back in style - you've probably noticed that collectors are trending toward traditional games, and familiar titles that you once loved are back in Walmart after being dormant for many years. In the digital space, mobile games with a retro feel provide fresh novelty on a mobile phone: enter Push-Bot, the most exciting entrant to this not-so-new genre.

The Push-Bot mobile game was recently released by Schwein Studios. It is based on the adventures of a small robot who fell off the assembly line a bit early and never got fully built.  He only has two feeble arms, so he has to get creative, using momentum and rotation to navigate an abandoned factory. Just because he's handicapped doesn't mean Push-Bot can't do amazing things with the right player at the helm.

Players should not be fooled by the seeming simplicity of Push-Bot's two button controls. As Erik Larsson, CEO of Schwein Studios puts it bluntly, "This game doesn't hold your hand." It isn't just some endless runner; it rewards the ability to identify elaborate patterns. The ingeniousness of the challenge lies in its complex physics and 39 different maps to navigate, which have developed an early reputation for deep, intense game play.

Could this be the next QWOP?? See for yourself - this game is available on iOS and Android.
