Shira Scheindlin, speaking with Maura Grossman, will revisit the key opinions that shaped data preservation and electronic discovery such as her seminal Zubulake opinions, Pension Committee, and others.  She will also reflect on the recent amendments to the FRCP, and look ahead to consider what challenges face the civil justice system.
