Gaslight Brasserie in Lynnfield Introduces Impressive Bar Menu to the Neighborhood

BOSTON - June 13, 2016 - PRLog -- Beginning June 2016, The Aquitaine Group's newest location, Gaslight Brasserie in Lynnfield's Market Street brings the party to the bar top with the launch of its new bar menu.  Served seven nights a week from 5:00PM to close, guests can enjoy savory menu items carefully selected by Chef de Cuisine, Steve Morlino. Selections include Tuna Tartare Japonaise, the fan-favorite "House Made" French Onion Dip, Petite Mimolette Salad, Maine Lobster Cocktail and Truffle Deviled Eggs, to name a few.  In addition, oyster lovers will line up for Gaslight's $1 Oyster Happy Hour, available Monday-Friday 5:00PM-6:30PM. Gaslight Lynnfield's hours are as follows: Monday through Wednesday, 11:30AM - 10:00PM for lunch and dinner, bar open until 11:00PM; Thursday through Saturday, 11:30AM - 11:00PM for lunch and dinner, bar open until midnight; Sunday 10:00AM - 10:00PM for brunch and dinner, bar open until 11:00PM.  Bar Menu is served seven nights a week, 5:00PM-close. In 2000, Burns teamed up with Woods to open a second Aquitaine location in Chestnut Hill. According to Burns "a seamless combination of warm, skilled service, delicious food all in a comfortable yet interesting ambiance is what makes a great and successful restaurant."

Jeffrey Gates joined the Aquitaine Group a few years later and in 2003, Gates was instrumental in opening Union Bar and Grille and later Gaslight Brasserie du coin, both in the South End. Recognized for his consummate professionalism, extensive wine knowledge, methodical and meticulous approach to business, Gates brings a wealth of experience and an unprecedented understanding of the Boston restaurant scene to the Aquitaine Group.
