Mind&Melody Partners with Wine and Canvas for Art from the Heart

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - June 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Would you like to do something creative but aren't really sure where to start? Mind&Melody, a non-profit organization, invites you to have some fun painting while meeting new friends, sipping wine and munching snacks.

Absolutely no experience is necessary and the event is open to all ages. Wine and Canvas's local artist will guide you step-by-step as you recreate a featured painting. At the end of the evening, you will have made some new friends and created your very own masterpiece to take home. And you will help raise money for Mind&Melody!

The $35 price includes a $5 donation to Mind&Melody, a 16" x 20" canvas and all the supplies to paint.  The event will be held on Sunday, September 18 from 6:30 to 9:30 pm at BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse at 1807 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., West Palm Beach. Purchase tickets by June 30th and Wine and Canvas will double the donation to $10!

Mind&Melody, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization focused on using music to improve the quality of life for individuals experiencing dementia. Mind&Melody creates and implements music programs at healthcare facilities across Florida. Founded in 2014 by college students Lauren Koff of Port Saint Lucie and Cristina Rodriquez of Miami, Mind&Melody is currently improving the lives of over 80 people!
