Adante Ace's Protege DJ Chris Dollar Releases New Single

NEW YORK - June 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Adante Ace, who is a 20-years veteran in the music industry and a consistent staple behind the scenes with DJ Self, has a new protégé DJ Chris Dollar and today they release a new single called "Feel It" (I Love New York) off of their upcoming mixtape "Take Me Back". This new single is an homage to New York City's lyricism in Hip-Hop music. "When I think of New York Hip Hop, I think of lyrics and bars. Why not bring some of that back to the forefront," said Adante Ace.

"It's all artist from different areas of NYC because as a kid from Queens, I may remember things a little different living in a private house than someone from the high rise or someone in the projects. And, it's artists from today's hip-hop paying homage to the older Gods and remembering when these pioneers paved the way," said DJ Chris Dollar.

For the mixtape 'Take Me Back", Adante Ace shares his thoughts on why he wanted DJ Chris Dollar to create this mixtape:

"I wanted him to do a mix that everyone would love. No one has anything bad to say about this era of music," said Adante Ace.

This mixtape is filled with songs from the early to mid to late 90's from artists such as Nas, Biggie, Lost Boyz, Mary J. Blige, 2 Pac, Aaliyah, Mariah Carey, and SWV, just to name a few. Nearly every night DJ Chris Dollar is playing in clubs and he always notice when he plays a 90's set, everyone goes crazy from all ages. "I wanted to give a mix they could have anywhere and anytime," said DJ Chris Dollar.

As Adante Ace has taken DJ Chris Dollar under his guidance, Adante wants this mixtape to expose DJ Chris Dollar to an entire generation of fans who may have not heard of him.  They want to spark the memories of the listeners whether 'if you remember riding in mommy's or daddy's car seat, running for the ice cream truck, trying to get fly in high school or partying in the tunnel or metropolis', said DJ Chris Dollar.
