Aussie Actress Trumps Her Way in Hollywood!

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - June 23, 2016 - PRLog -- Australia's newest Actress to hit the American shores has come out of the gate with winning Best Picture Award at this year's HollyShorts Film Festival 2016. The cast who starred alongside McGill were Vic Stagliano from Ray Donovan, Sons of Anarchy and Quinton Aaron from Award Winning movie The Blindside with Sandra Bullock. The interracial love story puts McGill to fight off racism, love and war within her family. Vic Stagliano who plays' Krystle McGill's father, Bill Johnson, in the film finds out purely by mistake that his baby girl has been living a lie and dating a black man. This interracial love story see's Krystle McGill, Quinton Aaron and Vic Stagliano play phenomenal roles in this Award Winning Short Movie in Hollywood. The eye is on the big prize for McGill, being in August 2016 as Resilience + Triumph = Love is in the running for the "Grand Dame" of prizes, but the 23-year-old McGill also had her sights on the bigger picture as she was selected at the Cannes Film Festival this year with her other movie called Another Highway.

McGill has just finished production for her third movie which will be featured at the Cannes Short Film Festival this year in September, followed by a run at Sundance 2017. The Hollywood whisper is that we have a new Jennifer Lawrence in town, climbing the ranks and making quite a name for herself on the festival circuit.
