The new Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield to host Open House on July 9-10

CLEARFIELD, Pa. - June 24, 2016 - PRLog -- Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield will host an Open House on July 9 and 10 at the senior living community located at 1300 Leonard Street in Clearfield.

    The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on both days.

    "We have settled into the new building, and our team and residents have really made Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield a great place to work and live," said Candy Shomo, Executive Director of Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield. "We want to invite anyone who might not have known that we're back to stop by and check out our newly-opened community."

    There is plenty to see at the new and improved Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield.

     "We encourage visitors to discover our welcoming front porch, or check out our courtyard complete with a waterfall and outdoor grilling area," Shomo said. "This is an opportunity for people to learn about our lifestyle activity programs and grab a bag of popcorn from our movie theater. They can watch the birds in our aviary and join us for a tasty delight in our dining room."

     A selection of apartments is still available at Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield. Visitors to the Open House may register to win a night on the town, including a visit to a local restaurant and tickets to the theater.  They may win a tablet, or the grand prize of four Pittsburgh Pirates tickets complete with food coupons and parking.

    At 46,591 square feet, the new Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield building is approximately one-third larger than the one destroyed by fire on June 25, 2013.

    Colonial Courtyard at Clearfield includes 71 suites, with 54 of those in assisted living and 17 in memory care neighborhoods.
