Merit Announces Opening Of Mid-Century Design Store

LOS ANGELES - June 27, 2016 - PRLog -- Spanning over 2200 square feet, with matte concrete floors, multiple skylights and a renovated space, Merit provides the perfect backdrop for the eclectic items placed inside. The store is open Monday-Friday from 10 am to 4 pm and weekends by appointment only. Owner Paul Bearman is constantly on the hunt, chasing down unique pieces that make Merit worthy of its name.

Bearman brings his discerning eye, honed by over 15 years of experience in the luxury space, to personally curate the gallery. He explains that this vintage retreat is a second home for him and how the Merit name came to exist, "My grandfather's name was Merritt, but always went by the nickname Bill. The name Merritt is an important part of my past, and once it's spelled differently, makes perfect sense as a name to represent who we are."
