Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville Announces New Board Member

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - June 28, 2016 - PRLog -- Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Jacksonville, an organization that serves as a "home away from home," providing lodging, meals, transportation and a community of compassionate care to families who need to be near a hospital for their child's treatment, has welcomed Ross Berlin as a new member of its Board of Directors. Berlin is the Senior Vice President of Player Relations for the PGA TOUR.

"I am pleased to welcome Ross as a new member of our Board," said Diane Boyle, Executive Director, RMHC of Jacksonville. "He brings a wealth of experience and expertise, and will be a tremendous asset to our Board as we further our mission of keeping families together while their child is being treated at a nearby hospital."

The RMHC of Jacksonville Board executive committee officers include President Jonathan Anderson, Vice President Health and Benefits at Aon; Vice President Don Baldwin, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Haskell; Secretary Dr. Jerry Bridgham, pediatrician and Chief Medical Officer for Wolfson Children's Hospital; and Treasurer Greg Holland, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Adecco Group North America.

The RMHC of Jacksonville Board of Directors is comprised of individuals from the medical, business, academic and volunteer communities of Northeast Florida. It is the Board's responsibility to provide counsel and guidance in the direction and operation of the organization as well as to help raise awareness of the organization's services to the surrounding communities.
