How to Throw a First Birthday for your Restaurant

Balls & Company is turning one and is hosting a month long party to celebrate!

WESTMINSTER, U.K. - July 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Balls & Company on Greek St, Soho celebrated its first birthday on 1 July 2016, but this one-year-old is ensuring the celebrations continue for the whole month of July! After all it is a dual celebration, because the owner and Executive Chef, Bonny Porter, along with all Balls & Company diners, have long since forgotten their own first birthday.

The independent restaurant Balls & Company has brought couples, friends and colleagues together around a common love of simple food done well. This year has proven that by placing high importance on customer service and the provenance and quality of the food, restaurants can transcend their 'single-dish' status. Meatballs are only part of the picture here.

So not unlike on your first birthday Balls & Company will be celebrating with cake. Quintessential Australian cake made with a not so typical twist. Australian born Porter is not giving away the secret menu item, as Porter says, "the more surprises, the better the birthday."

Taking a peak in the speakeasy bar downstairs, Company Below, the cherry liqueur, marked 'Birthday' may give away another hint on how to get the party started. Though luckily those on Dry July may still get a mock-tipple or two too and keep the cravings at bay.

So here's cheers to turning one - the grown up way. Hip Hip...
