Fall Carlisle Returns to Wrap the Carlisle Events/Pennsylvania Season

CARLISLE, Pa. - July 6, 2016 - PRLog -- The 2016 Carlisle Events' season schedule is nearly complete.  By the time Fall Carlisle gets underway on September 28, nine events will have been completed with just two remaining, Fall Carlisle and Fall Florida AutoFest in Lakeland, Florida.  What started with Auto Mania in Allentown in January will end in Florida in November and in between, the Carlisle Events staff and Carlisle PA Fairgrounds have played host to a half a million guests looking for all things automotive.  As Carlisle doings go and once September rolls around, there's only one left; the one that started it all - Fall Carlisle.  The flagship event for Carlisle Events runs September 28-October 2 and welcomes guests from around the world who trek to Carlisle to buy, sell and trade automotive classics, pieces and parts until their wallets are lighter and truck beds, containers and arms are full with weighted anticipation and excitement for the trip home.

With 8,100 vending spaces likely to sell and nearly 100,000 guests slated for attendance, the weekend will make the fairgrounds itself the 5^th largest city in the state of Pennsylvania.  Hidden gems are always found too, rare, unique and random items adding to the mystique of Carlisle.  Those items include original or aftermarket restoration parts to support projects now.  Whether it's gas, oil and advertising collectibles for the garage, basement or "man cave," toys, literature or memorabilia, they can all be found here.  Why else do folks flock to Carlisle?  How about a massive car corral where classics are for sale by owner or for the Daily Driver Blowout (DDB) which offers daily drivers with a survivor appeal (original paint and equipment).  This dedicated area of cars for sale by owner or dealers is from the more modern era (2000 or older).  Yes, Carlisle Events and Fall Carlisle have it all.

The North Side Collector's Corner (NSCC) is an allocated area on the north side of the grounds that will host automotive and non-automotive parts, antiques and collectibles reflecting the time period of the cars many enthusiasts collect.  Debuting at Fall Carlisle 2015, this was such a popular aspect of that event that Carlisle Events has high hopes to continue the featured area for Fall Carlisle 2016.  A special vendor appreciation dinner will happen on Saturday of show weekend and includes food, chips, soda and beer available to all vendors on a first-come, first-served basis.  In addition, Carlisle Events will also support a contest where vendors are encouraged to decorate their space or spaces with a holiday, sports, shop, etc., theme for the chance to win free spaces for a 2017 event.  Ultimately, this is Carlisle Events' way of saying thank you for being part of the Carlisle family and for powering all of our annual events.

Further, along with the vendors who bring cars and parts to sell, Fall Carlisle also features a massive Manufactures Midway that includes some of the biggest brand names within the hobby.  Confirmed to date for the midway are the AACA Museum, AMSOIL, ClassicCars.com, CPI Truck, Meguiar's, Woodward Fabrications, Flowmaster, Edelbrock, Heacock Classic Insurance, More Than Tires and many more great companies who recognize the value of vending at Carlisle.
