Final Lineup Announced for WCOL Country Jam 2016

THORNVILLE, Ohio - July 11, 2016 - PRLog -- Country superstars Kacey Musgraves, Aaron Lewis, Maren Morris and local favorite Cliff Cody, have been added to the WCOL Country Jam 2016 lineup.

WCOL Country Jam will be held at Legend Valley Music Center, located 30 miles east of Columbus. The festival will take place Labor Day weekend, September 2 and 3, 2016. Campgrounds will open on Thursday, September 1 at 10:00am. There will  be a pre-party in the  campground beginning at 8:00pm, Thursday night. Performers will be announced at a later date.

Cody will be kicking off the festival on Friday night (September 2), with The Charlie Daniels Band, Justin Moore, and Chris Young to follow. Morris, Lewis, and Musgraves will all be performing on Saturday (September 3), along with Chris Stapleton and Hank Williams Jr. Gates open Friday at 4pm and Saturday at 3pm.

Two-day admission tickets, single day admission tickets, and separate camping passes are currently on sale and can be purchased at www.legendvalleyfestivals.com. Pit passes with a special viewing area will be available for a limited time from July 11-July 15.

The WCOL Country Jam is one of central Ohio's most popular country music festivals. In 2013, WCOL and Bluestone Promotions partnered to bring the festival to the historic Legend Valley Music Center. Located just 30 miles outside of Columbus, the venue boasts a huge stage and over 5 acres of viewing area. Legend Valley Music Center has functioned as a music venue since the early 1970's. Playing host to multiple genres of music including but not limited to: The Charlie Daniels Band, Allman Brothers, Willie Nelson, Alabama, Def Leppard, Jimmy Buffet, The Grateful Dead and Journey.
