Teen Podcaster hits 1,000 Downloads at 3 months

DENVER - July 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Cody Wagner has been a serious car enthusiast from the time he could talk about cars. Whenever he had to make a Birthday list or even a Christmas list, it always contained automobiles and he was specific about which ones. He would even research who sold the vehicles and where exactly to purchase it for the best price. Even at seven years old, he amazed his car collecting bowling with his level of auto knowledge.

At the age of 13, Cody decided he would have his own podcast. He had authored several books and created an automotive course for women. He decided this was his next step. Cody pitched his idea to his mom and launched Cody's Car Conundrum on Podbean on March 15, 2016. Every week he would share current news, his insight and even talk about car games. During the first month things were moving slow. Once the second month came, his mom noticed he was getting 15 downloads a day and the lowest amount was 8 downloads.

Around the same time, Cody was provided a booth at a local car show. He set up his booth and talked with fellow car lovers. Many people who come across his path are blown away by his level of knowledge at his age.

When asked why he started his podcast, Cody stated, "I started it to educate people more about cars and what has gone on in the automotive world".  He doesn't shy away from any topic when it comes to cars, recalls, emissions testing scandals and even TV shows that deal with cars. As a teen podcaster, he has created his own opportunity in creating his show.

Cody's Car Conundrum is on Podbean. New episodes are uploaded every Sunday.  When Cody found out he had reached 1,000 downloads, he became more driven to provide car news. Not only does he host his show, he writes and submits posts on Car Throttle. One of his recent posts, titled "Was the 80's the death of the American Petrolhead" was chosen as Editor's pick.
