Comedian Charged With Misdemeanor For Urinating On Heckler

LAS VEGAS - July 16, 2016 - PRLog -- You might remember Johnny B as the former sitcom star of the hit show Misfit Nation who walked away from extending a multi-million dollar offer to extend his contract.  Johnny had just gone through a bitter divorce and not wanting to air his dirty laundry and pull a public meltdown like Mel Gibson, he chose to quite the show and disappear.

Similar to Dave Chappelle, nobody had seen or heard from Johnny B for almost two years until yesterday, when Johnny B took to the stage to work out some new material.  While not great, Johnny was getting decent laughs and most of the audience was thrilled to see Johnny B back in action.  Johnny was talking about his divorce and leaving the show when a disgruntled fan chose to interrupt him and wouldn't let up.

Johnny did his best to deal with the unruly patron in the usual way by insulting him, asking him to shut up and even offering him a full refund but nothing seemed to work.  It as at this point that even the crowd had had enough and was in full support of Johnny dealing with the heckler and started chanting Johnny's old catch phrase, "Say What?"

Not one to back away from a fight and fed up with being interrupted, it was with full support of the crowd that Johnny turned toward the heckler, exposed himself and proceeded to urninate on him.   Unfortunately, audience members already had their cell phones out and captured the incident.  The posting has already gone viral and it's sure to get even more coverage by TMZ.

One fan said, "Although it was a bit crude, it did shut the heckler down".  Johnny was arrested as he left the club and charged with a misdemeanor offense by the Las Vegas PD, which is punishable with a minimum $1,000 fine and/or six months in jail.

The heckler, who chose to remain anonymous said he was sorry for being so rude but that we was just angry that Johnny left Misfit Nation as it was his favorite show.  "Johnny did sign my shirt as he was being arrested" so I'm thrilled and don't want to press any charges.

The former sitcom star will still have to serve 30 days and pay a substantial fine for public lewdness but has already been approached by the networks to star in a reality show entitled Class Clowns.

Class Clowns is the new sitcom from comedian Don Barnhart currently shooting in and around Las Vegas.

Class Clowns follows the misadventures of fictional comedian and former sitcom star Johnny B who starred in his own "Full House" pulls a "Kramer" takes a "Chappell" and comes back to star in his own "Seinfeld" type of web series/reality show.

The show is created by Barnhart and co-written by Don and comedian Keith Lyle from The Hangover. The show stars the duo along with actress, model and comedian Linda Vu.  The show also features Vegas based comedians Derek Richards from The Irish Comedy Tour and Brent Mukai.

Barnhart's character is based on a hybrid of comedians he's known, worked with and heard about over the years.  Written by Don and comedian Keith Lyle from The Hangover.  The show stars the duo along with actress, model and comedian Linda Vu.  The three of them will be heading overseas to entertain the troops next month for Battle Comics after filming the first few episodes of Class Clowns.

"We're so fortunate to have such great talent based here, there's no need to be in LA or New York anymore", said Barnhart during a recent interview.  The producers are currently has plans to air nationwide in syndication and are seeking additional sponsors for product placement and commercial airtime.

Barnhart is a regular headliner on the Vegas strip appearing at the top comedy clubs.  The Las Vegas Review/Journal recently called Barnhart's show one of their "Best Bets" and last year he received the "Best of Vegas" award from Las Vegas Best Business.  The show has already begun production and has plans to use more Vegas based talent including celebrity cameos.

Barnhart also stars in Finding The Funny with Brad Garrett and Louie Anderson and is the host and creator of The Freedom of Speech Comedy Series.  Don also appears in Tribute To Fluffy, Max Justice and is the author of the best-selling book on comedy Finding Your Funny.  He was recently featured on the best of The Bob and Tom Show, he is also a regular on Sirius/XM and is one of the first comedians to graduate from The Second City Training Center in Los Angeles
