The subject property consists of four (4) 2bedroom/1bathroom (two-story / townhome style) units and two (2) 2bedroom/1bathroom units, five (5) 1bedroom/1bathroom units and a studio unit constructed of wood framing and a stucco exterior with a pitched-composition roof. The property has eight (8) single-car garages and an onsite laundry room.

James Carter and Anastasia Duboshina of Apartment Realty Group (ARG) had the exclusive listing and represented both the seller and the buyer. The buyer was a San Diego-based private investor.
