NEW DELHI - July 21, 2016 - PRLog -- FKP conducted at North Cap University on 5^th July 2016 by IBS Business School, Gurgaon marketing branch which was attended by 12 faculty members of SOM, North Campus and Prof. Vipin Khurana of IBS Gurgaon as faculty and guest speaker. The topic discussed was Statistics and Business Analytics. Business analytics is a skill set which is necessary for any business to succeed. It is a technologies which are practiced by business analyst for continuous iterative exploration and investigation of past business performance which help in gaining insight statistics of any business for making strategy. In short Statistics & Business Analytics is synonym of management science.

While talking to Prof Vipin Khurana of IBS Gurgaon about impact of statistics and business analytics in modern day scenario, he said "In this cut throat competitive environment it is very important to be aware about where our business stands and what step we should take to reach the top. Statistics and business analytics give us the insight of our business and help to plan our strategy accordingly."

The purpose of this FKP was to devise a teaching technique based on data and statistics which focuses on developing new insight and understanding of business performance. Business analysis without knowing statistics is not possible.
