Follow on Google News | ![]() Class Teaches Adults and Teens How to Harness Adrenaline for Self-Defense, Sept. 17Todd Miller- a self-defense expert from Martinsville will be in Warsaw, Indiana teaching this empowering personal protection course - "Stop Assault FAST- Level II".
Miller from Martinsville, Indiana will be making a special teaching appearance in Warsaw to teach this advanced class along with local certified FAST Defense instructor, Steve Zorn of Personal Safety Unlimited as well as FAST Defense instructor, Zach Hayden of ATA Excellence Martial Arts in Kendallville. Participants will learn how to harness adrenaline and combine it with simple self-protection skills. This empowering program will be held at the Warsaw Parkview YMCA in Warsaw. The class will cover: • A full review of the ABC's of self-defense from Level I • Dynamic verbal attack to physical defense • Defense against rear grabs and bear hugs • Rear take-down scenarios • And more… "This class is not about learning complicated martial arts techniques" said Steve Zorn. "It's about teaching adults and teens very simple skills that can be successfully used to escape a variety of violent attacks." Todd is a full time instructor of both FAST Defense and the Martial Arts. He works for Indiana University in the Department of Kinesiology teaching various courses and is a Martial Arts school owner in Martinsville.
