What Is The Book About?

It's the story of an out-of-work, private investigator who takes on a silly case for a billionaire client and stumbles into an unexpected murder mystery.

"There's nothing worse than being without a job for a long period of time. When a job finally becomes available, it's usually the one you didn't want," Wright said.

"For some reason, those are the jobs where you discover things you weren't actually looking for...some say those unwanted jobs build character."

The story takes place in South Florida in the cities of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Coral Springs, and North Lauderdale.

Wright explained, "South Florida is a very interesting and exciting place. For this story, I decided that everything took place in the Sunshine State."

A few places are mentioned in the story: Florida Everglades, Aruba Beach Cafe, TooJay's Restaurant, and the Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

"When you read this story, the characters feel so 'real' and behave so 'real'. I had no choice but to have them talk about and visit 'real' places." Wright continued.
