New Service Manager at H2O GmbH

STEINEN, Germany - July 28, 2016 - PRLog -- Sascha Senger, the new Service Manager at H2O GmbH, has two main goals: achieving total customer and employee satisfaction. Senger has been in charge of optimising processes and handling maintenance, warranties, customs and exports since May 2016. "Service is a large department with many different interfaces," says Senger of his responsibilities at H2O. He goes on to explain: "We want to coordinate service so that we can quickly and efficiently process customer enquiries, even across departments."

Senger is a certified industrial mechanic and brings 20 years of experience in wastewater treatment and 16 years of experience serving in leadership positions to the company. An enthusiastic football fan, Senger is looking forward to working with his team and facing the many new challenges his position will involve: "It's wonderful that each day brings something different and that no two issues we face are the same. That makes each day and task so exciting."
