BREAKING - Eulysis UK Limited announces cessation of operations and transfer to SVS Medical LLC

WESTMINSTER, U.K. - Aug. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Eulysis UK Limited announced today that it will be ceasing UK operations and all the rights to patents in the company's name have now become the property of SVS Medical LLC. SVS Medical LLC, founded by Prof. Dr. S Tsakas II, is a company headquartered in MA, USA that will now continue the remaining steps of technology development leading to market launch for the Single Vial System technology. Among other benefits, the SVS technology can double pharmaceutical access globally at half the cost while working on expanding shelf life and protecting potency and stability.

Prof. Dr. S Tsakas II could not be reached for comment but it is anticipated that this recent move will enable SVS Medical LLC full freedom to develop and commercialize the SVS internationally from its US base of operations. In the past, Eulysis UK Limited had won awards from the WHO, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Royal Society of Edinburgh, among others.
