However it has struggled with infrastructure during most of this time. In 2005, the company changed hands to a second generation owner. The focus of the new owner was to reinvest as much money as possible, creating a stronger company that would create more jobs for people in the paving industry.
In 2012, the company built its first office and warehouse in unincorporated St. Charles County. A result of the newly created infrastructure revealed flaws that the new office staff was able to quickly remedy. A more efficient, productive asphalt paving company was the outcome. In 2015, the company began to outgrow its warehouse, office, and storage yard.
