TAMPA, Fla. - Aug. 10, 2016 - PRLog -- GSF Mortgage Corp. is pleased to welcome Nathaniel Merrick as a branch manager in Tampa, Florida. He joins TeamGO with 10 years of mortgage industry experience. He decided his career path during college after his father underwent a poor mortgage experience and received a bad loan. This prompted him to learn more about the field and he is proud to say that his father was his first customer and his rate is still at 3.125%.

Merrick is very involved within his community and volunteers with Feeding America and the United Way to help feed and educate the underserved in his community. He also does co-marketing with his Realtor partners and they plan to expand their business by developing complimentary marketing strategies.

Merrick understands that we live in the instant gratification digital age and quick customer service is a must. He strives to maintain a one-hour or less response time for all communications.
