Preferred Management Services, Inc., Adds Mary McGowan to Team

PALM COAST, Fla. - Aug. 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Lea Stokes, president of Preferred Management Services, Inc. (PMSI), is pleased to announce the company has hired Mary McGowan as the Administrative Assistant to the onsite Certified Association Manager (CAM) of the LaGrande Provence community.

LaGrande Provence is located in the luxury gated community of Hammock Dunes and is comprised of 92 oceanfront condominiums.

In McGowan's CAM role, she will work closely with Karen Hopkins – a licensed CAM – at LaGrande Provence Condominium Association. McGowan will assist with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the property, including supervising property appearances, attending community board meetings and performing administrative duties for the site manager.

Lea Stokes opened PMSI in 1995 with 246 units in St. Augustine Beach, and currently manages over 4000 residential units and thirteen commercial parks. Preferred Management Services provides community association and commercial management services.
