U.S. Personal Chef Association Announces Partnership with Sabatino Tartufi

ORLANDO, Fla. - Aug. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- The United States Personal Chef Association is joining forces with Sabatino Tartufi, one of the world's largest truffle companies, to introduce personal chefs and their clients to the world of unique Italian foods and flavors.

Sabatino Tartufi's roots go back to 1911 when Sabatino Balestra and his wife Giuseppina began their first "Emporium" in Umbria, Italy. Catering to the needs of the local population, the Balestra family began distributing baked goods, olive oil and vinegar.  Soon after, they introduced the highly sought after fresh truffles.
