That is what LADIES deserve, says Miss T. That is what helped make the celebration a success. LADIES Day, hosted by Jacquée T. On Thursday, August 25th, Miss T. hosted a Theme session via Facebook and Twitter. The feature theme: LADIES. Why? "LADIES deserve to be celebrated," The celebration included quotes by ladies, quotes about ladies, while engaging followers, and engaging sponsors via Facebook. The correspondence was also shared via Twitter. Three businesses sponsored this social media session: Lisa Robin Jewelry, Moonlight Meadery, and Artificer Wood Works. "When considering sponsors, I invite businesses that add quality to people's lives," says Miss T. "These three businesses made a fabulous trifecta in celebrating Ladies." It is a classic style with accenting swirls of red garnet gemstones. Garnet is a stone of regeneration and energizing, says Ms. Adkinson. The pendant comes in other gemstones, and may featured in a necklace or earrings. When asked what was her favorite aspect of being a LADY, Ms. Adkinson replied, "Being a lady is like having superpowers. As I tell my grandaughter 'You are beautiful, you are smart, you are loved, and you can be anything you want to be!'" ● Michael Fairbrother, founder and mead maker of Moonlight Meadery, presented his flagship mead, "Desire." Mead is a potable made with fermented honey and water. From there, fruit may be added to make a unique style. "Desire" is the first mead Mr. Fairbrother presented via Moonlight Meadery. His tasting notes: "Flavors of the currant, cherries and blueberries add lots of complexity to the mead." He said he first realized that LADIES love mead a time he hosted a party. He served beer, and the fellows hung around. Yet when he opened a bottle of "Desire," the LADIES in the room knocked everyone over to make sure they could have some. Now Moonlight Meadery offers over 80 different meads, many that won awards. The tagline for the company is "Romance by the glass." ● Rich Norton, co-founder of Artificer Wood Works, presented the Monogram Wine Box from their "BoxforaBottle" Arificer Wood Works is run by a small team that includes Mr. Norton and his business partner Marc Stitzlein, who are woodworkers. "The other team members are Designers, Engravers, Woodworkers, Web Developers, Customer Service and two lazy shop dogs " When asked what was a favoritie quote about LADIES, Mr. Norton shared a quote by Mark Twain: What would men be without women? Scarce, sir ... mighty scarce. Inspiring the romance Celebrating LADIES inspires the romantic in LADIES, and the romantic in the fellows, says Jacquée T. "I am pleased with the sponsors who joined the celebration. They are business owners who are hands-on via the products they offer." That is a main objective, she says. "Whether you want to purchase their products -- as a Lady or for a Lady -- is secondary." However, these are worth consideration, as when considering purchases, Miss T. encourages "thinking outside the Big Box, and thinking outside the Big Brands" to make a more fulfilling choice. The celebrating LADIES in a cozy session brought all this home. And it inspired the participants' romantic side.
