Intech Creative LLC Incorporates Craveller Inc

NEW YORK - Sept. 4, 2016 - PRLog -- Intech Creative LLC announced today that is has incorporated its product Craveller as it's own entity.

Established in Delaware, Craveller Inc. is a "c" corp, with equity holders that include its officers, board members, Intech Creative LLC., and undisclosed investors.

Current Managing Member of Intech Creative LLC., Bruce T. Dugan, serving as the short-term president of Craveller Inc. will  said "The plan is that I will serve as president & CEO to drive forward the company agenda in the short term, overseeing and managing the department heads (tech, marketing, finance, administration), coordinating the product release and the promotion/marketing thereof, and then working with our Board Members to secure Series A funding. Shortly thereafter I will work with the Board to locate and secure the right long-term replacement to serve as President, and then resume my responsibilities at Intech Creative LLC."

Sanjeev Aasoori R, current Chief Technology Officer at Intech Creative LLC. shall assume duel title and responsibilities at Craveller Inc. and Rajeev Aasoori R, Incognito Worldwide Director of Business & Legal Affairs shall also assume duel title and responsibilities at Craveller Inc.

A spokesperson said that "The current team at Intech Creative LLC. has intimate knowledge of the product and marketing plans, so for the short-term they are best suited to take the product forward. With the expected success of the launch, the company anticipates a reshuffling of top line management by early 2017."
