1st Security Bank Opens Home Lending Office in Everett, WA

SEATTLE - Sept. 6, 2016 - PRLog -- 1st Security Bank of Washington announced today it will open a new Home Lending office in downtown Everett at 2825 Colby Avenue, Suite 205.

Donn Costa, Executive Vice President for Home Lending, made the announcement. The office will open on October 15.

"We firmly believe we can build this location into a premier lending office for Everett and Snohomish County," Costa said. "Many home buyers and businesses are moving further north of Seattle, and the improvements the city of Everett is making will continue to attract more and more people."

Leading the team in Everett will be managers Rich Sweum and Robert Brooks. Costa previously worked with both men. "They are experienced in building and managing successful home lending offices, along with originating quality home loans for their customers. They are a terrific match for our bank," Costa remarked.

The office will have approximately 3100 square feet of space with room for seven loan officers and a similar size support staff. It will be the fourth stand-alone home lending office for the bank, which also has loan services in all 11 bank branches throughout Puget Sound.

Since Costa began at 1st Security Bank in 2011, the home lending team has grown substantially, from just a handful of employees to over 110 today. The only location outside of the Puget Sound area is in the Tri-Cities.
