Well Travelled Austin Healey To Race in Spa Six Hours Endurance

BURTON ON TRENT, U.K. - Sept. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Denis Welch Motorsport will be supporting a number of cars at the Spa Six Hours Meeting, September 16th-18th. Cars will be campaigned in the Gent Drivers, Woodcote Trophy and the flagship Six Hours Endurance.

One Austin Healey 3000 of owner Masa Totsuka and co-drivers Takeshi Kanzaki and Steve Hitchins has travelled from Japan to compete in the race.

1131 PG has an extensive competition history in rallying. Now modified for use on the track, the car will undergo final preparation in the workshop.

Other competitors in the SIx Hours include the Austin Healey 3000 of Tony Worthington, to be co-driven with Mark Midgley and Martyn Corfield and the Jaguar E-Type of Julian Thomas which he will co-drive with Calum Lockie and journalist and presenter Chris Harris.
