Prospect Financial Group celebrates 10 years in business

SAN DIEGO - Sept. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Prospect Financial is proud to announce its tenth year as a leading Mortgage provider.  Prospect opened its doors in 2006 by Jason Vondrak. He noticed loan officers and homeowners were being underserved and saw big opportunities. The hustle and bustle of the of the mortgage industry can be overwhelming at times, but being steps away from the ocean can help keep one calm. Jason decided to open Prospect close to the beach to take advantage of the amazing weather and breathe taking views.

Prospect started with ten employees, and later had to downsize due to the real estate collapse. From there, in 2009, Prospect began their resurgence and didn't look back. Thanks to dedicated employees, who are still with the company today, Prospect has continued to be successful.

The success of Prospect Financial can be attributed to the perseverance and competitive nature of current and former employees at Prospect. Jason stated, "There are a multitude of reasons as to why Prospect Financial has been able to survive and thrive over the past 10 years, but ultimately our greatest strength has been our staff." With an annual growth in revenue for ten straight years, Prospect has been through some turbulence both internally and externally and it has made them stronger at the core.

They plan to continue their sustained revenue growth of 25 - 50 percent as they've experienced every year since their inception in 2006.  Their goal is to grow to over 100 employees by February of 2017 and anticipate funding $1 billion in loan volume in 2017, more than doubling the approximated $400 million originated in 2016. With sustained growth in our Michigan, South Dakota and San Diego branches, market share will naturally follow.
