PHILADELPHIA - Sept. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Details: Willig, Williams & Davidson attorney Lauren M. Hoye will present at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's CLE program, "Start Strong: Skills of the Successful Lawyer."

Hoye will present a workshop on labor and employment law, covering Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and various state laws.

PBI's program is designed to provide an overview of substantive law in various areas of practice, with a focus on teaching skills to lawyers so that they can successfully and effectively advocate for their clients.
