NGL strong believes in giving back to the community both financially and through volunteerism. Each year, employees are offered eight paid workday hours to volunteer at a nonprofit of their choice. Job Readiness Fair On August 16, eight NGL employees helped with United Way of Dane County's Job Readiness Fair. The fair provided community members with an opportunity to prepare for job searching and interviewing, as well as assistance on financial planning, hair/clothing/ Job Readiness Fair participants were also able to shop for new outfits for interviews and/or on the job clothes. Christian Jones, Application Analyst at NGL shared his experience, "This was my first time volunteering with NGL. It was a lot of fun and it felt good to connect with a few people who attended the fair. I helped provided them with multiple outfits. It was also a great team environment where I got to learn more about my coworkers. I look forward to volunteering more in the future!" Clean Apartment for a Senior Citizen On August 17, an NGL employee volunteered to clean a senior citizen's apartment. She helped to clean and tidy the apartment of a local elderly gentleman.
