Summerhill Place Apartment Homes sit on 9.63-acres of land, with 13 total building structures and a dedicated leasing center.  Additional property features include: two swimming pools, two spas, an on-site laundry facility, fitness center, children's playground, outdoor handball/racquetball courts, BBQ grill areas and ample covered parking.  The property was approximately 95% occupied at close of escrow.

The Buyer, Trimark Property Group LLC, is a Washington-based commercial real estate investor with holdings throughout the Pacific Northwest.  The acquisition of Summerhill Place marks the Buyer's initial entry into the Phoenix and Arizona apartment market.

The Seller, CVG Properties, is a California-based private real estate investment firm with over 1,000 units owned across the Phoenix Metro.  The firm focuses on private equity specializing in value-add multi-family dwellings.
