Level 10 Construction Selected As General Contractor For The Central & Wolfe Campus

SUNNYVALE, Calif. - Sept. 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Level 10 Construction announced today that it has been named general contractor for the new $312 million Central & Wolfe Campus in Sunnyvale, CA. Construction for the 883,000-rentable-sq-ft. campus is now underway and is expected to be complete by November 2017.

The developer of the 18-acre site, located at the intersection of Central Expressway and Wolfe Road in Sunnyvale, is Jay Paul Company. Architects are HOK and Korth Sunseri Hagey (KSH) Architects. The project is targeting LEED Platinum Certification.

The design-build campus contains three 6-story connected buildings with two levels of podium parking and four levels of office space, along with a one-story standalone amenities building.  The third floor of each of the three connected buildings will have exterior occupiable spaces at the perimeter of the building, as well as open-to-the-sky courtyards at the core of each sector.

By incorporating podium parking and a single 7-level free-standing parking structure with 2,536 parking stalls, the campus is able to offer over 9 acres of open space.
