CHICAGO - Sept. 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Registered pharmacist Peggy Riggins will be signing copies of her new book, You Taking Care of You – 21 Day Fearless Self-Care Challenge, at the Whole Foods in Englewood (832 W. 63^rd Street, 60621) during its grand opening on Wednesday, September 28 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

As a pharmacist, Riggins served the medication needs of Chicago's Southside communities for more than 30 years until she realized that the key to good health was not in the bottles behind her counter.

In You Taking Care of You – 21 Day Fearless Self-Care Challenge, Riggins teaches readers how to have extraordinary health by taking steps to become their own best medicine.

"Let's make God's pharmacy the grocery store!" she says.

Riggins was born and raised in Englewood and is delighted to be able to bring her message to her home community via the first Whole Foods in the area.

Riggins has taken her passion for helping to care for the community, into becoming a world renowned speaker and champion for lifestyle coaching, stress management, self-care and purposeful living.
