Brides Across America Salutes Our Heroes "Operation Gown Giveaway"

ANDOVER, Mass. - Sept. 20, 2016 - PRLog -- Brides Across America will continue its efforts to include Military and  First Responder brides in "Operation Wedding Gown."

BAA and our host salons will say thank you to our military and first responder brides by giving away free gowns on select dates from November 6 – 18, 2016, valued up to $5,000. Designers will vary and brides are encouraged to register early. "Operation Wedding Gown" is truly an amazing event and is our "Thank You" to all who serve us daily.

Without the help of a    free wedding gown from this program I would not have been able to afford one.    I went to November's event and there was plenty of gowns to choose from.  I    was able to try lots of gowns on and found the one after about 5 dresses! I    can't wait to wear it.  Also, they provided me with a veil and headpiece.  My    family all shared in on one of my most memorable moments. My fiancé is    overseas and will be back in Oct. Whether it's for love of country or love at the altar, our front lines deserve our very best.  Brides Across America and its partner salons have donated over 17,000 wedding gowns and gifted over 20 weddings since its inception in 2008.  The program reduces financial stress in planning a wedding, financial relief; (average wedding gowns cost with accessories $2000) and transforms lives.

How to qualify and register for an Operation Wedding Gown Event:

Military brides must bring proper identification along with deployment papers to be presented the day of the event. First Responders must bring a valid work ID the day of the event.
