St. Louis Divorce Attorney teaches CLE course in San Diego on

ST. LOUIS - Sept. 27, 2016 - PRLog -- Kirk Stange, founding partner of Stange Law Firm, PC will be travelling to San Diego in October to teach seminar class on "Business Interests in Divorce Litigation" (http://www.stangelawfirm.com/Family-Law-in-the-News/). The seminar will be discussing how the valuation of business interests can be a critical part of divorce litigation. This seminar will offer important techniques for obtaining accurate discovery, finding hidden business assets, and valuating and dividing businesses in divorce litigation.

Kirk will be discussing a multitude of sub topics related to "Business Interests in Divorce Litigation" such as these:

The session times that will take place on October 6, 2016 will depend on what time zone you are located in if you are choosing to participate via live video broadcast. The CLE discussion times are as follows: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Eastern Time, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm Central Time, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Mountain Time, and 9:00 am – 11:00 am Pacific Time.

The mylawCLE accreditation policy seeks approval in all states except for Virginia. Every state offers 2.00 credit hours except Wisconsin and West Virginia which offer 2.40 credit hours. Anyone interested in the CLE accreditation offered can choose which format will work best for them as offered by the program. This includes a "Live video Broadcast/ re-broadcast" where you can watch the program live in real-time. You must sign-in and watch program on date and time set above. You can ask questions during presentation via chat box and this also qualifies for "live" CLE credit. The second format option is an "on demand video" where you can access the CLE 24/7 via on-demand library and therefore watch the program anytime. This option also qualifies for self-study CLE credit.
