"Haunted Trails" Returns to Oscar Scherer State Park Oct. 21-22, 2016

SARASOTA, Fla. - Sept. 28, 2016 - PRLog -- The 4th Annual "Haunted Trails" Halloween event promises to bring thrills and chills for all who dare walk its paths. The festivities, held from 8-10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, October 21-22, 2016, will take place at Oscar Scherer State Park at 1843 S. Tamiami Trail, Osprey, Florida 34229.

"This is a family-centered event full of fun for people of all ages," said Bryan Guentner, President of the Osprey Nokomis Chamber of Commerce, a co-sponsor of the event, and Broker-Owner of RE/MAX Platinum Realty.

This year's haunted trail will have new ghouls and other frights to keep participants on their toes. Activities include kid's costume contests, a Black Hole Insane Asylum for the more fearless, and a "Trick-or-Treat Trail" with candy and games for the more cautious.

Tickets are limited and are available online only, at OSSPEvent.com. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-12, and free for anyone 5 and under. It's advised they be purchased early to avoid disappointment. For more information, please call (941) 483-5956.
