Mrs. Delaware Pageant Under New Ownership and Seeking Contestants for 2017

The Mrs. Delaware America Pageant in now under new ownership. An Officer and Gentlewoman, LLC has bought the rights to the pageant. The company also owns Mrs. DC America and Mrs. Pennsylvania America.

WILMINGTON, Del. - Oct. 3, 2016 - PRLog -- The Mrs. Delaware America Pageant is the official state preliminary pageant to Mrs. America and Mrs. World. The new owner, Raquel Riley Thomas, a U.S. Army Veteran, seeks to build on the legacy of the former owner, Fred Wright, by continuing to put a spotlight on married women.

"Our mission of the Mrs. Delaware America Pageant is to celebrate married women from across the beautiful state of Delaware who have achieved personal, professional and community achievements," Riley Thomas states.

The pageant system is currently accepting applications for the 2017 pageant, due to be held in mid-summer of 2017. Tetra Shockley, Esq, is currently the titleholder Mrs. Delaware 2016. Applications can be filled out on their official website www.mrsdeamerica.org.
