LED Expo Thailand ASEAN's Largest International Exhibition on LED Lighting Products & Technologies

BANGKOK - Sept. 30, 2016 - PRLog -- It may be recalled that in November 2015, the Ministry of Energy announced a 20 year Energy Efficiency Development plan (for 2015 – 2036), which aims to reduce energy consumption by 30 percent within 2036 and set both short term and long term strategies to encourage the conservation of energy in all sectors. The rapid growth of energy saving needs in the country for the last 4 years, has resulted in a great success for LED Expo Thailand. In the recent edition, a total of 400 well renowned companies from all over the world have showcased their state-of-the-art technology products to over 16,000 trade visitors. Among those were 1,755 international visitors from 63 countries such as China, Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and India, whose business transactions generated over 800 million baht in revenue.

LED Expo Thailand 2017 will unveil the latest technology products on LED lighting with over 400 exhibiting companies from different parts of the world. A series of conferences, seminars and workshops will be conducted to further educate the trade visitors about energy saving technology, LED products and electronic equipment. The Expo definitely will be the most comprehensive event for LED lighting and technology in ASEAN.

There will be much more new highlight activites which include:

·      Architectural Lighting Pavilion - The Architectural Lighting Pavilion will showcase different architectural lighting systems such as down lights, emergency lights, spot lights, linear systems, customized lighting etc.

·      SMART Lighting Pavilion - The Smart Lighting Pavilion will showcase state of the art technology products that will make your life more convenient, like controlling lighting by using your smartphone, LED Alarm, LED Music Bulb and much more.

·      Automotive Lighting Pavilion - The Automotive Lighting Pavilion will present solutions for different lighting applications such as front, rear, headlight and signaling, with the purpose of not only increasing driver safety, but also adding to the vehicle's style quotient.

There will also be Gallery Zone, Award Night and LED Tunnel to lighten up the Exposition as well.

Due to years of hard work, the "UFI Approved Event" status has been achieved and the organizers are extremely proud that LED Expo Thailand is the only UFI endorsed lighting trade exhibition in Thailand and even within the whole of ASEAN. An UFI approved event is a proof of guaranteed high quality exhibitors and trade visitors in an exhibition. It is also a sign that the event has gained global recognition, based on international standards and is among the most respected international exhibitions in the world. There are rigid criteria that organisers have to meet before the UFI board can grant its approval. The exhibition has to go through an auditing process, performed by the UFI auditors to ensure that all the requirements are met.
