Wings Air Helicopters Announces Partnership with Mohonk Mountain House to Bring On-Demand Helicopter Service to Resort Guests

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - Sept. 30, 2016 - PRLog -- Wings Air Helicopters, a Westchester-based commercial helicopter operator and experience provider, is announcing a new partnership with the award-winning mountain resort, Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, NY. Wings Air is set to provide on-demand helicopter transportation for Mohonk guests to and from the resort utilizing the on-site landing zone (limited to daylight hours). Service is available to and from New York City, Boston and other locations in the Northeast within Wings Air's service area.

Wings Air's state-of-the-art helicopters fly the 90-mile, normally 2-hour trip between Manhattan and New Paltz in approximately 30 minutes, skipping all traffic and treating passengers to amazing scenic views from above. Helicopters can carry up to six passengers and moderate amounts of luggage, and are air-conditioned and equipped with various in-flight comforts. Multiple helicopters can be chartered at once to accommodate larger groups and all ages are permitted. All helicopter transfers are coordinated with advance notice and planning to maximize safety and maintain the pristine natural setting of Mohonk Mountain House.
