AmeriVap Systems Announces the Hiring of Clifford Purdy as Foodborne Pathogen Specialist

DAWSONVILLE, Ga. - Oct. 4, 2016 - PRLog -- AmeriVap Systems is pleased to announce the hiring of Clifford "Buzz" Purdy as their new Foodborne Pathogen Specialist. Mr. Purdy is worked for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for over 30 years.  He was a Supervisory Investigator in the FDA's Florida Distrcit for four years, managing food program obligations for the District and supervising a field of investigators.

For nine years, Mr. Purdy represented the FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) as the Liason to CDC in Atlanta coordinating information between FDA and CDC on foodborne illness outbreaks to develop industry wide approaches to preventing further outbreaks.

According to Werner Diercks, CEO of AmeriVap Systems based in Dawsonville, GA. this is a new position created due to the demand from Food Processing Industry clients in today's hyper-competitive climate.  "Our customers realize in business today that comprehensive sanitation protocols are necessary to prevent potentially catastrophic foodborne illness outbreaks and product recalls.  Buzz can consult with our clients and ensure that they are following proper procedures and maintaining proper santiation levels in conjunction with AmeriVap's indusrial dry steam cleaning systems.  He will be an invaluable asset to our customers with his vast working knowledge of both procedures and protocols."
