CADimensions, Inc. develops technical support task pane add-in to improve customer experience

Together, Application Engineers Jesse Sprague and Franco Rotoli worked over the course of nearly five years to develop an add-in designed to allow customers to access tech support directly in their SOLIDWORKS interface. "It has gone through several iterations and levels of complexity…our final design is a very light-weight utility that we think our customers will enjoy using without any performance impact," says Rotoli.
