Westford Exeed conducted professional development training for Rubber World Industries Employees

SHARJAH, UAE - Dec. 18, 2016 - PRLog -- Westford Exeed – Executive Education (corporate training arm of Westford School of Management), conducted professional development training for the employees of Rubber World Industries. Rubber World Industries, one of the leading distributers of HVAC insulation products in the GCC region approached Westford School of Management to train their employees on business communications, sales & marketing and secretarial skills.

After being approached, the program manager of Westford Exeed sat with the HR Manager, General Manager and the senior management of RWI to understand their training needs and prepare a detailed training program plan. The program manager also conducted a series of interview with the participants for preparing the 'Training Need Analysis'.

Post completion of the TNA, the program manager briefed the requirements to the senior trainers of Westford Exeed along with the expected training outcomes. Prof (Col. Retd) Anil Ahluwalia conducted an interactive session on business communication while Prof Zawahir Siddique delivered an interactive session on sales and marketing.

Post completion of the training, the participants came out with full of energy and rated the training as the most relevant with their line of work. They also rated the trainer as one of the best and showed interest for subsequent training. The management also expressed their willingness to conduct training periodically and make the training as a part of their performance evaluation report.

Post completion of the training Samras Mayimi, the head of corporate training expressed his congratulatory message to RWI staff and added that the SMEs in gulf region can become active contributor of GDP if they are actively contributing in their employee development.
