China'R' Concepts Ltd was set out from its birth, to be one of the leading rare minerals exploration and mining companies in Asia. The company specializes in three of the most important and widely used rare metals; Tungsten (W), Tantalum (Ta) and Niobium (Nb).

China'R' Concepts Ltd signed an option agreement for the mineral rights and the rights to mine Taihu Mine in the Yizhang Region (Hunan, China). The option was exercised in in August of the same year and the project became the company's core asset.

China'R' Concepts Ltd' Definitive Feasibility Study confirmed the project's development potential as an important new global tungsten supply.

China'R' Concepts Ltd acquired a Tantalum and Niobium mine in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Located near Volta Grande, the mine has proven so far to have an enormous potential and reserves studies have proven a large deposit ready to be exploited.

China'R' Concepts Ltd has since secured the debt and equity funding required to construct the project and bring it into production. The company has already agreements in place for the project's tantalum output.
