Patrick has been providing full service real estate brokerage, investment and property management services since 1992 and founded Doyle Investment Real Estate in 1995. With over $500M of investment property transactions, Patrick specializes in multifamily properties and has extensive experience in acquisitions, rehabilitation, construction management, financing and sales.

Prior to ABI, Patrick was President of Doyle Investment Real Estate and an Investment Advisor/Broker for Hendricks & Partners/Berkadia. In addition, he is the Director of Real Estate for the Alice Phelan Sullivan Corporation of San Francisco, California, a real estate corporation founded by his great grandmother Alice Phelan Sullivan in 1912. Patrick negotiated one of the largest retail leasing transactions in San Francisco in 2012 with the lease of approximately 185,000 square feet, including Banana Republic's flagship store and White House Garage located at the White House Building in Union Square.
