SencorpWhite Acquires Accu-Seal Corporation

Along with the company's CeraTek and CeraPak brand sealing systems, the acquisition enables SencorpWhite to provide a complete spectrum of sealing solutions for customers across numerous industries, including medical, pharmaceutical, electronics, industrial, food, cosmetic, consumer goods, chemical, water filtration, and aerospace.

Acquisition expands SencorpWhite's product offering, customer service and geographic presence

The combination of SencorpWhite's CeraTek and CeraPak product solutions and Accu-Seal's impulse sealing expertise offers customers:

• A new range of sealing options. Accu-Seal's line of impulse sealers complements SencorpWhite's CeraTek brand of constant-heat sealers, ensuring customers a variety of technologies and price points for their sealing and packaging needs.

• Innovative automated sealing solutions. SencorpWhite and Accu-Seal will leverage their engineering expertise to provide automated systems that utilize Accu-Seal's impulse sealing technology. New systems will be offered in both proprietary custom and standard configurations.

• Enhanced customer service. Accu-Seal will continue operations in its San Marcos, California location, allowing both Massachusetts-based SencorpWhite and Accu-Seal to extend service and engineering support..
