DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - Nov. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Details: The Baruch S. Blumberg Institute, the research arm of the Hepatitis B Foundation, will host the 16th Annual Regional Biotech Conference, themed "Incubating Innovation," at its headquarters at the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. The area's life science and biotechnology leaders will meet to share success stories and discuss biotech opportunities. Registration is open and costs $100, which includes a VIP reception. Space is limited to 100 attendees.

As a part of the program, Min Gao, Ph.D., a Senior Research Fellow at Arbutus Biopharma will be inducted into the "Drug Inventors Wall of Fame" at the biotech center in recognition of his contribution to inventing the hepatitis C drug, Daclatasvir (Daklinza™).

A reception will follow the concluding remarks.
